By submitting this proposal and utilizing the audit and advisory services of Exterior Bid Audit LLC, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
1. INFORMATIONAL OPINION ONLY: The review, analysis, scores, and questions provided are strictly for informational, educational, and general guidance purposes. They do not constitute formal engineering inspections, architectural blueprints, legal contract reviews, or professional binding financial advice.
2. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE: We do not vet, license, endorse, or guarantee the work, reliability, financial stability, or ethical conduct of any third-party contractor, builder, or vendor.
3. FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Exterior Bid Audit LLC, its owners, and agents from any and all financial loss, property damage, construction defects, breach of contract, or legal disputes arising between you and your contractor, whether or not anticipated by our audit report.
4. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION: Any legal action or dispute arising from or relating to this service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles, and shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Illinois.
